The Playbook
01What is LinkedIn Hiring Book?
An eight-chapter playbook for job-seekers. It covers the five levers that decide whether a recruiter sees, opens, and shortlists you: LinkedIn headline, LinkedIn About, LinkedIn activity, resume ATS structure, resume bullets, credentials, referrals, and a 14-day execution sprint. Every claim is backed by a primary source (LinkedIn Economic Graph, BLS, LinkedIn Help Center, peer-reviewed studies, etc.).
Who is it for?
Job-seekers who already have skills but aren’t getting interviews at the rate they should — career-switchers, laid-off tech workers, mid-career professionals, and anyone whose LinkedIn profile currently reads like a resume.
It is not a resume-writing service. It is a system you apply yourself, once, and reuse across every application.
What formats does it come in?
Two formats, included in the same purchase: a downloadable PDF for offline reading, and a web reader at this site with a chapter outline, progress tracker, and the Companion Kit tools (Scorecard, Sprint Tracker).
Both work on desktop and mobile.
Do I need design or technical skills?
No. Every action in the book is a copy-paste or a text edit inside LinkedIn or your resume. If you can write a paragraph and use a browser, you can execute the whole playbook.
How is this different from a resume review?
A resume review fixes one document, once. LinkedIn Hiring Book teaches the rules the resume, the LinkedIn profile, and the recruiter search all obey — so you can revise all of them yourself, for the next role, and the one after that.
The 14-Day Sprint
02What is the sprint?
A structured, self-paced 14-day plan that walks you through applying the playbook chapter-by-chapter to your own profile and resume. Each day has one focused task and a check that closes it out. Live on the site at /sprint.
How much time per day?
Most days take 30 to 60 minutes. The heaviest days (headline rewrite, About rewrite, ATS pass on your resume) run closer to 90 minutes. The sprint tracker shows the shape day-by-day so you can plan around real life.
Is it live or self-paced?
Self-paced. There is no live cohort, no video calls, and no scheduled Q&A. You start when you buy, and you pause and resume whenever you need to.
What if I only have a weekend?
The book explicitly names the four highest-leverage moves — headline, About’s first two lines, ATS-safe resume format, one referral request — that give most of the visibility gain if the full sprint isn’t realistic. The Scorecard page lets you check off exactly those.
Access & Support
03How do I get access after purchase?
After you complete checkout, we email you a receipt, the PDF download link, and a Google sign-in link for the web reader. Signing in with Google unlocks chapters 2 through 8, keeps your progress synced across your phone and laptop, and lets you resume the 14-day sprint where you left off. Chapter 1 is free with or without an account.
What’s your refund policy?
Fourteen days from purchase, no questions asked. Email refund@thevisibilitystack.com with your order ID. Money returns via the same rail you paid with (card, D17, Flouci, or bank wire) within five business days. If we don’t settle within five business days, email hi@thevisibilitystack.com and a human resolves it the same day.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The web reader is responsive and the PDF opens in any mobile PDF viewer. The Companion Kit and Sprint Tracker are readable on a phone, though the ATS-checklist exercises are easier on a laptop.
Do I get future updates?
Yes. The book is versioned (see the version stamp in the footer of every page). When a chapter is materially revised — a source is updated, a new tactic is added, an obsolete claim is cut — the version increments and your original download link serves the new file.
How do I contact support?
Email hi@thevisibilitystack.com. You’ll hear back from a real person within two business days. There is no help desk queue and no automated triage.
